This meeting room is very versatile, you can have your business or creative meetings in here as well as use the space for a photoshoot or filming! The meeting room has a clean, grand white boardroom table surrounded by 10 white executive swivel chairs. There's a modern design white gloss cabinet under the 65 inch wall mounted TV . A £39 refundable security deposit is required when booking. This will be refunded after your booking, subject to our Meeting Room Terms & Conditions. If your booking request is not approved, the deposit will be refunded in full. This space is available for hire 7 days a week! * Minimum 3 Hours Hire For Weekend Bookings Capacity: 10 Seated At Boardroom Table 16 With Extra Seating In Room Dimensions: Meeting Room 6m x 4m - Includes 10 Seats & 1 Boardroom Table 123cm x 244cm Venue Hire Rates: Day Time Weekdays 9am - 6pm £50 per hour Weekends 9am - 6pm £60 per hour Evening Bookings from 6pm - 10pm the hourly booking fee is £60 per hour Weekdays 6pm - 10pm £60 per hour Weekends 6pm - 10pm £60 per hour *For Bookings outside the hours of 9am - 10pm an additional out of hours fee of £40 per hour shall apply Minimum 2 hours required for meeting room hire. * Minimum 3 Hours Hire For Weekend Bookings Extras: Chairs £3 per extra chair (6 Available) Equipment Stage Lighting - Godox & Coloured Stage Lights £75 Wireless Microphones £20 per microphone Whiteboard £12 Catering (You MUST hire or bring your own table & chair covers if you intend to serve food/drink on our table.) Cancellation Policy
A £39 deposit is required for all booking requests made through our website. Your booking is not automatically confirmed when the deposit is paid. All bookings are subject to approval by Mango Studios LDN. If we decline your booking, your £39 deposit will be refunded in full to the original payment card. Once approved, the £39 is deducted from the balance for Podcast Studio, Photography Studio and Venue Hire bookings. For Meeting Room bookings, the £39 is held as a refundable security deposit. Payment Deadlines Podcast & Photography Studio: Same day and next day bookings must be paid in full within 2 hours of approval. All other bookings must be paid within 24 hours of approval. Meeting Room: The remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of approval and at least 8 hours before the booking, whichever deadline comes first. Venue Hire: A separate £210 refundable security deposit is due within 2 days of approval. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of approval and must be paid in full at least 14 days before the event. Last-Minute Bookings For all services, where a booking is made less than 4 hours before the scheduled start time, the full outstanding balance and any applicable security deposit must be paid within 30 minutes of approval. If payment is not received within 30 minutes, your booking will be cancelled, the slot released and your £39 deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded. A new booking request and new £39 deposit will be required to book again, subject to availability. Late Payments For bookings not subject to the 30-minute Last-Minute Booking rule, a £20 Late Payment Fee applies if the initial payment deadline is missed. If the final applicable payment deadline is missed, your booking may be cancelled and your £39 deposit will be forfeited and non-refundable. Important Booking Information Your booking begins at the scheduled start time. Technical preparation may take up to 15 minutes and forms part of your booked time, so please factor this into the duration you book. Same-day extras or amendments, including equipment or teleprompter requests, incur a £20 Late Amendment Fee, plus the cost of the extra. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to the full Mango Studios LDN Master Terms & Conditions, including our cancellation, rescheduling, overtime, conduct, BTS/marketing, intellectual property and refund policies.
