Service Description
For Weekend Bookings: Minimum 2 Hour Podcast Studio Hire Time Is Required. Dry Hire £100 per hour: Minimum 3 Hour Podcast Studio Time Is Required. Your £39 booking deposit will be deducted from your booking total if approved. If your booking is declined by Mango Studios LDN, your deposit will be refunded. Payment deadlines apply and late or unpaid bookings may result in a £20 late fee, cancellation and loss of the deposit. Your Remote Podcast Setup Includes: - Podcast Studio Manager to set up and manage your remote recording - Integration with Riverside, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and other leading remote recording platforms (Studio laptop available if required) - Dedicated business broadband with speeds of up to 1Gbps download and 100Mbps upload for reliable remote recording - High speed internet connection designed to handle remote recordings and live streaming with ease - Rodecaster Pro 2 Integrated Audio Production Studio - Multitrack audio recording - Up to 4 professional Shure SM7B microphones for exceptional broadcast quality audio - Up to 4 professional studio headphones for comfortable, real time audio monitoring - Godox studio lighting - Customisable LED lighting to create your preferred look - Complimentary teas, coffees, water and snacks for you and your guests - 1 full hour of recording - LED Magic Colour Floor Lamp - Dressing & Make Up Room Perfect for recording with remote hosts or guests anywhere in the world without compromising on audio quality. A session includes professional audio recording with remote participant integration. Up to 7 participants can take part in each session, including remote hosts or guests. Optional Extras Podcast Behind the Scenes Video (up to 2 minutes) – £100 Studio Laptop Hire – £60 per session Wireless Microphones – £25 per microphone Teleprompter – £45 Express File Transfer £40 - Receive your recorded files within 24 hours Raw files from your booking will be sent within 3 days of your booking. Bookings outside the hours of 9am - 7pm will incur an additional fee of £40 per hour VAT is included in all fees.
Cancellation Policy
A £39 deposit is required for all booking requests made through our website. Your booking is not automatically confirmed when the deposit is paid. All bookings are subject to approval by Mango Studios LDN. If we decline your booking, your £39 deposit will be refunded in full to the original payment card. Once approved, the £39 is deducted from the balance for Podcast Studio, Photography Studio and Venue Hire bookings. For Meeting Room bookings, the £39 is held as a refundable security deposit. Payment Deadlines Podcast & Photography Studio: Same day and next day bookings must be paid in full within 2 hours of approval. All other bookings must be paid within 24 hours of approval. Meeting Room: The remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of approval and at least 8 hours before the booking, whichever deadline comes first. Venue Hire: A separate £210 refundable security deposit is due within 2 days of approval. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of approval and must be paid in full at least 14 days before the event. Last-Minute Bookings For all services, where a booking is made less than 4 hours before the scheduled start time, the full outstanding balance and any applicable security deposit must be paid within 30 minutes of approval. If payment is not received within 30 minutes, your booking will be cancelled, the slot released and your £39 deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded. A new booking request and new £39 deposit will be required to book again, subject to availability. Late Payments For bookings not subject to the 30-minute Last-Minute Booking rule, a £20 Late Payment Fee applies if the initial payment deadline is missed. If the final applicable payment deadline is missed, your booking may be cancelled and your £39 deposit will be forfeited and non-refundable. Important Booking Information Your booking begins at the scheduled start time. Technical preparation may take up to 15 minutes and forms part of your booked time, so please factor this into the duration you book. Same-day extras or amendments, including equipment or teleprompter requests, incur a £20 Late Amendment Fee, plus the cost of the extra. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to the full Mango Studios LDN Master Terms & Conditions, including our cancellation, rescheduling, overtime, conduct, BTS/marketing, intellectual property and refund policies.
