Service Description
£150 deposit is required to book the Silver Photoshoot Package. Remaining balance must be paid in full within 7 days of your initial deposit payment. If you do not make the full payment on time you shall lose your entire deposit. Cancellation Policy
Packages & Deposits: Photography packages require the package-specific deposit shown at booking. Current deposits: Bronze £95 | Silver £150 | Gold £350. Deposits are deducted from the total package price. Payment Deadlines: 7+ days before shoot: balance due within 7 days of deposit. 24 hours–6 days before: balance due within 24 hours. 4–24 hours before: balance due within 2 hours of approval. Less than 4 hours before: balance due within 30 minutes of approval. A £40 Late Payment Fee applies if a payment window is missed. For bookings made more than 24 hours in advance, the shoot must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the start time or the booking will be cancelled and the full deposit forfeited. For bookings made less than 24 hours in advance, missing the applicable 2-hour or 30-minute deadline will also result in cancellation and loss of the full deposit. Packages: Bronze £299, 2 hours, 15 images including 2 edited. Silver £499, 3 hours, 25 images including 5 edited. Gold £1,199, 4 hours, 60 images including 12 edited plus one framed 25cm × 25cm photograph. Extra Images: £39 per additional JPG or £59 per additional edited image. Image Selection & Delivery: We will send you a digital image library after your shoot. Final selections must be submitted within 7 days. Selected JPGs are delivered within 7 days of receiving your selections and edited images within 10 days. Framed Photos: Framed photographs are normally ready within 21 days of the photoshoot and must be collected from Mango Studios LDN. Postage or delivery incurs an additional packaging and delivery fee. This also applies to framed photographs purchased as extras. Overtime: If your photoshoot runs more than 10 minutes over, overtime is charged at £100 per hour. Cancellation: 31+ days: 100% refund less admin fee | 15–30 days: 75% less admin fee | 8–14 days: 50% less admin fee | 7 days or less: no refund. Admin fees: Bronze £40 | Silver £70 | Gold £120. Rescheduling: 31+ days FREE | 8–30 days £30 | 5–7 days £50 | 4 days or less treated as cancellation.
